Hi,

We moved from free to  branded mobile app service and I noticed the active devices are not increasing while I tested mobileapp login with new account and also with existing account. I thought that's a reason the push notification is not working.

I tested also by downloading an app from the LMS as well.

Note: LMS have thousands of users using devices
