I am looking for a solution where multiple teachers will grade each Assignment, and the average grade is calculated for each Assignment.
Kindly ask you for help!
Try https://moodle.org/plugins/gradingform_multigraders but it's a based on the 1st grader having control over finalising the grade to be awarded.
But otherwise there's nothing in Moodle core that supports multiple gradings on the assignment activity, and I've been pushing this for *years* now,see:
