I have some bugs in files uploaded to a section in a course as a tile image
(tiles and image course format):
all new images are not shown in the "Photo library" or the "Recent files".
(if I added the images as a course image or into a folder in the course content, it will show in the "Recent files")
this bug affected also the restore process, and new images not always be restored.
when I try to upload, it success and the tile get the image, but, in the console I get an error:
