Does anybody know anything about the dataformat classes (which looks to be a wrapper around Spout).
My issue is that I am using it to export a CSV containing strings of digits (e.g. 0123456). They are exported correctly. However, when loaded into a Spreadsheet the spreadsheet software thinks it's a number and strips the leading zero. I think I want them in quotes. I can't see anything in the dataformat API to support this... although the Spout library does.
Would I need to create a new dataformat plugin or have I missed something obvious?
