We produced custom authoring tool or the project in cooperation with our project partners. The tool accepts custom design so we made custom design and user interface for the content using HTML5, CSS and javascript. It works very well on any OS (tested on iOS, Android and Windows), any device and screen size (tested on smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops and smart boards). I don't know if you noticed that the content also has significant accessibility features (user can turn on dyslexic font, dark background, adjust font size, use screen readers, narrated videos have subtitles, images have ALT text, etc...). A lot of hard work, but kids and teacher love the content so it was definitely worth the effort. The best of all, the content is free for everyone (CC SA NC license). The content our company produced during this project, covers total of aprox. 1500 school hours of school program for different subjects. Since users react very good on this content, I thought it would be beneficial for Moodle development to introduce here some of the concept we used.
