As language maintainer can not accept strings entered by another

Hello AMOS specialists

I am the maintainer of the Sinhala language pack. Trying to accept some strings entered by another I am sent in circles by adding the same strings again and again in to the stage. See the screen-shot.

It is possible that I have a confusion with two or three accounts I made on lang.moodle.org over the years. I fact the contributor in this case was myself using a different account. But from the interface I see, I guess I am using the maintainer account.

Could you have a look. May be for the future it would be useful to delete the contributor accounts and rename the maintainer account to the same name/login I use on moodle.org.

This is a known bug in AMOS, affecting only a few of us and exposing rarely.

In your particular case, all the strings from that contribution have already been reviewed and accepted. So the contribution now contains no new strings effectively. AMOS falsely interprets this "zero committable strings" as a case where you are a regular contributor and not the maintainer. And as a result, it displays this green "Send strings ..." button.

As a prove, you can try to use Stage actions > Rebase and you should find that all the strings in this particular contribution, have already been merged.

Thanks for checking. In the meantime I got the ".. has accepted your contributed translation #45228 .." message, but hours later.

Anyway, it is good now. (Haven't checked at the receiving end. Have to wait till Monday.)

Next time I will do the editing under the maintainer account.
