I'm asking for students to show an equality with zero on one side as follows:

ta1: 0 = -x + y/A + (y-z)/B

Unfortunately, if a student starts with their answer "on the other side" like:

0 = x - y/A - (y-z)/B

STACK won't see this as equivalent. The only solution I've found is to provide an additional PRT Node which also awards grades if students produce the negative, i.e. "-ta", which is actually interpreted as:

-(0 = (y-z)/B + y/A -x); according to the question test readout.

Is there a more direct way to deal with this? I appreciate it's likely the zero that's creating this issue (if I take the term out and provide appropriate equivalents "x = y/A + (y-z)/B" or "-x = -y/A - (y-z)/B", either will work).

Essentially, I'm looking for a way to set the left hand side of my equation to ±0 (the positive OR the negative zero), or whatever the appropriate approach should be.
