Connection Error between NextCloud and Moodle

When I try to authenticate between Moodle and Next Cloud, I receive the following Error:

Could not upgrade OAuth 2 token. HTTP status for remote endpoint: 401

It would appear that this came up in a Moodle Tracker back in February this year as: Improve OAuth 2 exception information Tracker MDL-70282 and is marked off as fixed. The question is, why is it still appearing?

Hello, I made that change. The 401 (Unauthorized) is being sent by Nextcloud so that's where the problem is, the change in MDL-70282 doesn't alter that. But it does mean that if you enable debugging in Moodle (Debug messages: DEVELOPER, Display debug messages: Yes) you should then see any error messages that Nextcloud is sending which may help resolve the issue.
