Sorry if this is too basic/has been addressed before, but I'm unable to locate the logs for the Moodle scheduled tasks anywhere.
If you look in admin/tasklogs.php - well first you don't see any use of the DB, but then at the end you see it is using core_admin\task_log_table.
So, then you go there (admin/classes/task_log_table.php) and scroll down a bit, and see the SQL SELECT ... stuff ... FROM {task_log} ...
That seems like a plausible table name, so I think we have found it: mdl_task_log - or whatever your DB prefix is. Looking at what is in that table should confirm.

Hi,
As far as I know, tasks are installed by default - you can not unchoose it!!! What version of Moodle are you using?

It looks like it's 3.5.8. I don't see a "Tasks" sub menu on the Server tab.
Well, I'm stumped. My final suggestion would be to see if you have some local plugin that messes with the Admin tree but if the table is missing too, then there is certainly something else going on. Are you hosting yourself?
The ability to see the logs for tasks was added in Moodle 3.7 (MDL-49399). Prior to this version the way to see this was to redirect the output of admin/cli/cron.php to a file.
Also: Moodle 3.5.8 is missing 18 months' bug and security fixes, you should update to 3.5.18. Support for Moodle 3.5.x ended in May 2021 so you should plan to upgrade to a supported version.
I'd rate that as 'good question'.... (as I don't know the answer of the top of my head)
