I am trying to upgrade from moodle 3.9 to moodle 3.11
after I replaced the files I got the following error
can anyone help please ?

See your theme is edumy ... commercial.
When you copied back config.php and other plugins, did you copy back into new code the edumy theme as well?
Are you entitled to updates to that theme when going from 3.9 -> 3.11.
Work-around for now might be to add a line to config.php to force the use of the boost theme:
$CFG->theme='boost';
Might want to purge caches also.
