Hi I'm using the h5p interactive video content in moodle, which I access in the Content Bank. I uploaded a 98.4 MB video. I think the limit might be 100 MB. And it was fine. But then after maybe 5 minutes, I get "video source missing."
(Note: Even if I post a link to a youtube video, it will look fine, and 5 minutes later will say "video source missing." and the link I pasted in, will be gone.)
At that point I can't do anything for the rest of the day, because the video I uploaded is taking up most of my free moodle disk space. The video file is still there. I see it in 'User Storage' when one clicks "see all." But no way to delete it until something behind the scenes deletes it by the next day. So frustrating. And here's the other thing. That video which I can see in "user storage" doesn't match the size in MB of the file on my computer. The 98.4 MB file on my computer, uploaded to moodle is now 93.88 MB. Yet they should be identical.
When I take that file name which I can see in 'user storage' (renamed by moodle into a series of letters and numbers) and try to paste it as a link into HP5 I get a message "video format unsupported."
At first I thought I was getting too close to my MoodleCloud storage limit. But that's not the case because I'm monitoring that.
Thanks in advance for anyone's help.
