Following a link from moodle docs I rediscovered the eXe editor recently and being sat in a boring meeting I had a play. From what I've seen Its a really nice OS development, its a tool designed to help none techies put together web pages which can then be exported via scorm or native htm. Worth thinking about if there is a chance you may want to reuse your materials outside Moodle sometime.
It looks pretty certain we'll be using it at Southampton Uni for a cross faculty course training PhD students in research skills. I recommended it and the team seems to have accepted my advice, the first time I've persuaded a team to use an OS tool over commercial competition. Now, if only I could persuade the University to drop BlackCT and adopt Moodle...
