I am pretty new to Moodle and VPL, so this might be a simple question.
VPL is an elegant programming environment.
I wonder there is anyway to install 3rd party API packages for Python on VPL?
I am trying to install Scikit-learn and maybe later a light version of TensorFlow, but I could not figure it out. Any help would be much appreciated.
