I would really like to see some movement in the Chinese translations -

I have finished the Chinese Translation (but the doc and help still not finished, It is very big, and need more time, and compared ,It is less important), Though there is still some problem, for example , when view the Admin Activity, the title of Activity Bar Graph is ugly code, I think this problem is not with the translation.

It seems you've changed the character set from GB18030 to GB2312 ... any reason for this?
