Hi there, I want to install plugins but I don't have the option to install plugins. Could someone please help
Your other postings indicate you are hosted with MoodleCloud (MC). From what I have read about MC, they don't allow customers to install plugins.
Check with MC folks to be sure.

Ah yes - thanks to Ken I looked at your previous posts and indeed if you are hosted with MoodleCloud, you cannot install plugins (and it does say so in the FAQ at the bottom of this page: https://moodle.com/moodlecloud/
