I would like to show performance info for admins only and I found this thread.

But when I go to set it up, I found that I could find layout/general.php
I got columns1.php, columns2.php, embeded.php, login.php, maintaince.php, secure.php.
I added to login.php but it didn't seem to work. I am using boost theme.
