Quiz marked as competed for all students

Hi All,

Thank you in advance for reading and participating in this post.

We have upgraded our Moodle site to 3.11.3+.

Now, after the upgrade some teachers reported that students in some courses got some activities (quiz) as completed even if they have not even done the quiz!!! The worse in this is that students has to finish one activity before being able to take the second activity (restrict access). They haven't finished the previous activity but the second activity marked as completed???!!!!

The strange in this is that it shows that the teacher marked the activity completed for all students and at the same time???!

Any ideas, how and why this happen and what is the fix?

I would say that your logs are correct and the teacher marked them complete. Teachers can mark activities complete from the activities completion report.

Thank you for your reply.
But how would the teacher do this from more than 100 students. These students are also divided into different groups?
Is there a way to do this as a bulk?

The teacher, didn't say that she marked them as completed!!!

Is it possible that she changed the completion requirements?
