Hi, I'm using Moodle 3.7 with the MB2 Builder / New Learning theme
Can any one point me towards how to remove the header/title bar that's in-between my top navigation and my content?

Have you tried to delete or hide that header?
To do this you will need to open the header file and either remove the code or hide it.
The quickest is hide it with some HTML code.
It’s years since I had done this, but if you checkout Moodle GIT code you will discover something that will enhance your understanding of Moodle Coding?
