Quiz

I found a pretty neat trick to copy just the questions in the quiz context without the questions in the course context.

1. Create a new user and assign that user as a student in the course.
2. Go to quiz and assign role teacher to user in that context.
3. Login as the user and back up the activity.

Since the user does not have permission to use question in the course context those will not be copied.
