Hi Trevor, this is the expected behavior. To prevent this, each question at the course context needs to be moved down into the quiz context bank in which it is being used. The most-straightforward way (but least-techy) to achieve that is to open each quiz in the course, edit each question's name to include some identifier (such as the title of the quiz), then from within the quiz, go to the course context bank and find those updated question titles and move them down into the quiz bank. Repeat for each quiz. Any remaining questions, consider moving them into an 'unused' bank and move them up to the category level, or just delete them entirely. If you find question that's used in multiple quizzes, you can consider duplicating it so there is a unique copy in each quiz or name it in a way that you know where to 'find' it.

Hi, John. Thanks for the response!

So if I have the questions in both a quiz context, and a course context, the only way to import that quiz is to bring every question in the course context along with it?
That seems... odd.

Thanks again
