Hi Moodle Experts
Not sure what happened, but I can no longer choose what to do when selected my student list.
The box is now greyed out.
I can't do that either when I tried to export from the Gradebook Report, it says this "Call to undefined function PhpOffice\PhpSpreadsheet\Shared\mb_strlen()"
We are using Moodle 3.9. There was a server upgrade yesterday, so not sure whether it's related.
