Hi there,

Is there a way to add a plugin that intends to work as user support or ticket management?

Or a way to add user support or ticket management?

I tried edusupport but it doesn't the way I need, and besides I couldn't even configure it.

Try the https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_tracker
Go to github to get his latest version and the lib files it needs. https://github.com/vfremaux/moodle-mod_tracker

Thank your for your help, and where can I install the lib files or how can I upload them on my site? I am only the admin of the site

They can both be installed by just going to Site admin > Plugins > Install plugins and just dropping the zip files there. If you need to do them manually, the tracker code goes in the mod folder into a folder named tracker, and the vlibs code goes in the local folder in a folder named vflibs.
