Unfortunately, you cannot display equations (Latex, MathML, AsciiMath) in the answer choices with the calculated MC question. As I suggested earlier, you should consider the Formulas question type for a general purpose, easy to use scientific question type that also includes simple math, or the Stack question type for more advanced mathematics.
