We're tracking this strange problem with our Android users. iOS, MacOS, Windows app users have no issues signing into the moodle app to our site.
The moodle site is 3.9.9. We have shib SSO. The moodle app settings are set to open in browser window (which works on everything except Android). We have the free app subscription. We've tried embedded browser too (same results with Android)
Android users never get the browser window, they remain in the app and thus cannot login.
Any suggestions on what to test next? I'm out of ideas.
