VPL plugin showing for admin login ..but not able see VPL plugin for teacher login on add on activity menu.
can any one tell how to enable for teacher ..thanks in advance

This may be because of the way the "mod/vpl:addinstance" capability is set on your site (or your course).
Please check that it is correctly set.
Also, be aware that this capability is (by default) prohibited to students - so please check that the teacher having the problem is does not have the "Student" role in the context.
