Hi everyone
I use moodle version 3.10.3+
When backing up a course I got the error indicated in the attached image, the main administrator apparently managed to restore the site, I went in and out to check if everything was ok. When I want to enter again, the text appears
ERROR
Invalid permissions detected when trying to create a directory. Turn debugging on for further details.
Please does anyone have an idea what may be happening

I had this, perhaps just work is underway on the site.
Were you including user data as well?
Not including the user data will allow you to backup the course.
