I have taken over a Moodle installation from a coworker. Unfortunately, the dashboard is not displayed on the Moodle page. The link is on the left side, but when I click on it, the start page opens every time.
If I set the dashboard as default to a user, then an error message appears.
Is there a chance to make the dashboard visible again?

The error message is: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.
But this message only comes when I set the default page to "Dashboard in the settings.
The Fordson theme is installed, but the error also occurs with the Boost theme.
The Moodle version is 3.9

I would do a search for that error message and Moodle. There have been numerous threads. I'd just be repeating advice given there.
