Competencies

Hello,
Are each of the restrictions still in place - as they were when you originally setup the course?
Is the competency only awarded on the successful completion of last assignment activity with a Passing grade?
Lastly, is this a course the student is repeating course?
Perhaps a screen capture of the assignment activity restriction, completion, and competencies conditions would be helpful.
