Moodle 3.11.2+ (Build: 20210805)

Issue:
After installing 3.11, the default number of users per page in courses changed and I have to paginate through the list of users. That is under the Student section>Participants. Activity Completion and, also, Course Completion. I need to see the whole list of students on one page but there's no available setting to change that. What am I missing?
Question:
Are there general settings under the Site Administration with options of how many students to display per page? I am talking less than 35.
