Only if there's some video streaming application that you can install and configure (that uses the NAS storage) and also has a plugin for Moodle. Most of this stuff is cloud-based these days.
NAS would just be attached to your server using NFS or similar and Moodle wouldn't know/care it was NAS. However, the way moodledata works you can't be selective about storage. The file area is one big "dump". So (as above) the video streaming would need to be done by a separate application.
