I really like how the mobile app has improved over the years, however, because of one key issue, our school might have to stop using it.
I was hoping someone has a workaround or solution. When students complete work through the mobile app, it is not registering that they have accessed the course.
We notice this issue on their profile, using insights (analytics) and through ad hoc queries.
We use last access to a course to help determine attendance. Any ideas on how to get this app to work as expected?
