How to restrict selection in question bank category to your own questions?

We tried to make this work by adding new role (Site Administration / Users / Permissions / Define Roles) of a question giver and set it to the top of our role list (below are administrator, teacher, assistant...). Then we set the rules to limit the view (picture bellow), but when viewing my question database i still see all questions, not just my own.

The reason we wish to limit this is because we have many teachers/assistants and then searching for their questions by section of the question category can be difficult.

Have you tried Question tagging ↗ with teacher names as the tags?

Hello Dominique,

Thank you for your reply.
We thought of question tagging.. And it is a good solution, but some of our teachers/assistants can be sensitive about others viewing their content (or having ability to do so). So i was wondering if there is a way to prevent this?
