Hi. I was able to backup my courses successfully and have them restored to a new site. However, I was not able to see the BBB session recordings. I have also checked the 'Include Course Log' is ticked as well but I am still having the same problem. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
AFAIK, the BBB recordings stay on the BBB server, so into the backup, there will be the resources/activities that will point to the recordings, but not the recordings themselves (usually they are very large).
If you restore your course in a moodle connected to the same BBB server you should be able to view the recordings, otherwise not.
To transfer the BBB recordings, you should transfer/copy them between the BBB servers involved.
