Invalid Course module ID

Hi,

For the past 2 days our students and teachers have had trouble logging on to and moving around our Moodle site.  

If we try to enter from the web address we get a notification of Invalid Course Module ID.  We can enter some subjects from the reply link in our emails, however this does not work for all areas of our course, and once in we are unable to navigate away from the entry page. Please see attached pictures

We have made no changes to our site, please let us know how to resolve this, or if you are able to resolve it without action from us, please do so.

Students have assessment items due this week and at this stage they are unable to submit

Hi there,

Our Engineers are investigating reports of MoodleCloud users attempting to access courses receiving the 'Course ID Invalid' error and being unable to access that course.

Update 2021-09-08 15:30 GMT+0: Engineers have confirmed issues with some MoodleCloud sites in all regions related to https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-72402 and are investigating root cause.
