I'm planing to setup moodle platform for 8000 user (aprproximately 1000 concurent users). I would like to know what kind of hardware do you recommend or maybe there are dedicated moodle hosting for that kind of number of users.
I think best solution would be a cluster because single server would be overloaded, despite the fact that mainly SCORM packages will be run on the platform, which do not require a large load of queries on the database.
so any suggestion, about hardware configuration for this purpose would be helpful.
