MCQ display issue in Moodle 3.9

Hi,

I tried to import MC questions using several types. Aiken format, Blackboard, Gift with medias format. It exports without an issue. But my Sinhala fonts (Font - iskoola pota) which is a Unicode font text shows like this ????????????. English fonts display fine. 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Export and import using the Moodle Question XML format, which supports Unicode characters using UTF-8 encoding.

Make sure that the Aiken file you import is saved with UTF-8 Character encoding.
