Problem with student certificate

Hello there,

I have a course in which all participants with a score greater than 89 are generated a certificate, all of them were generated less than one user, I checked and the score is 99, but I was configured as a manager in the course and not as student, I made the change, it is already a student, but the certificate has not yet been generated for that student, how can I generate one?

Are you saying the student has surpassed the grade but has still not received the certificate? When they login can they see it on the course page?

Hi Mark, 

I've the same issue. Is there the possibility to generate again the certificates for students that haven't yet their? If it's necessary I can also manage some part of code o db if you can help me.
