Hi,
I am using Moodle 3.11.1 and recently we have a student uploaded her assignment in pdf format.
All her logs shown her activity in the system but the submitted copies are only reflected on students' accounts but not reflected in the system that admin/teacher/manager can view. Hence, student has to submit the workpiece through email.
eg. student submitted for the first time on 15 June 2021. On 15th Aug 2021, she submits for the second time, and the teacher does not get notified and realizes this issue later on 31 Aug 2021. The student was asked to refresh and submit again on 30 August 2021 but the same result occurs(student view is the latest submission but from system the submission stop at 15 June 2021).
what could be the possible issues and how to resolve it? Thank you
