We have an issue with how the progress bar displays in the mobile App. While a slide is playing, it is displayed as a circle on the left. When the slide is finished playing (and you likely still want to read what is in the slide, or answer a question), the scroll bar appears at the bottom over the slide. In the browser it is fine. The scorm is exported as scorm 1.2 using Articulate Storyline.
First identified reviewing our branded Moodle app, due for release next week. Trouble shooting steps I have followed:
Tried on different devices - same result
Checked same site in Moodle Mobile - same result
Checked App FAQ's - couldn't find an answer
Created test moodle cloud site, uploaded a scorm package and accessed through Mobile App - same result
Turned on debugging in the app (using cloud site) - no errors displayed
Duplicated the scorm activity on cloud site and changed display to open in new window (for semi-full screen mode, which we want anyway) - same result
[as an aside this creates a host of issues for display through browser, will ask about these separately - using default settings window is too small on laptop, too big on mobile/tablet, can't find size that works; just want it full screen, argh!]
Viewed scorm package on a client site (also scorm 1.2 published with Storyline), where I know seekbar wasnt an issue 2 years ago when I last checked content there - here the scorm player looks different.
Please see screenshots below of the issue. I don't know if it is an Articulate thing, settings Moodle side or an App bug? Please advise.
Thank you in advance.
