I think it is unlikely. It's not something i have seen before.
In most video management systems, videos becomes public, to allow embedding.
If you had your own server, then you might be able to limit the access to that server, to your own network, and that way make them unshareable to people outside of your network.
If you have SingleSignOn on your Moodle, then i guess it might be possible to find a video management system that can authenticate the viewer through SSO for embedded videos, but again, i have never seen it before.
