I installed the latest moodle branch release with the latest questionare. I built a test survey and filled it out with two user accounts. I have it set with the following settings:
No Open/Close Date
Type: respond once
Respondent Type: fullname
Respondent Eligibility: all
View responses: Teachers and students
Questionare Type: private
Save/Resume answers: Yes
When I click All responses: view 1, it only has "1." for the data...
Also, When I go back into the settings I find that Questionare Type changed to Private and Save/Resume answers changed to No. When I try to save my origional settings and go back to the updating menu they go back to the these two defaults. This might be due to the fact that I made the questionare in the main area instead of in a course. The above result issue still shows up if I make a survey in a class... Thanks for the help!
