Any pointers would be appreciated.
Running on Moodle V 3:10
Students are completing multiple quizzes and setup and completion requirement for each is identical, set to view to meet completion requirement. Once completed students receive a certificate set up with restrictions which is auto generated when all conditions met.
Is working fine for most students but one specific quiz (has three questions one matching column 2 MCQ) is not showing completion tick despite being completed, is affecting some not all students.
Checked the following after reading on forum.
Cron is running correctly
Students affected quiz permission is set correctly and not at preview and identical to students not experiencing the problem.
Student does not have multiple roles.
Any suggestions welcome.
