I have a Moodle 3.7 that is currently showing slowliness when I try to load the site admin page.
Sometimes it can take up to 2 minutos to show that screen, however when it finishes it runs smoothly again. BTW I have tried the ps command in the Linux box I am currently using but I don't see any process causing any high load.
