Dear all,
I don't know how to create a new question in the questionnaire.
After I have created the first question. I have no way to create the second one.
Would someone tell me how to do so?

If you have already created one question then you must know how to set up the questionnaire.
Just to the right of the question you have already set up you will see a "New Field" button. If you push it, you will get a new question block where you can type in your next question. Below the quetions are the answer editing boxes. I normally use mulitiple choice option so it permits me to choice radio buttons, clear the answers from the previous question or add lines.
Just repeat the process to continue adding your questions. After you finish adding the new questions just click "save and return" to save your work.

Thanks. That's very helpful. I tried the rating scale, where one apparently defines the scale in the questions and puts the questions in the answer boxes.
