Upoading mutiple feedback files, repeatedly

My course has 20 activities, for each of which the student can see a general feedback file after completion.  These feedback files are typically updated after every iteration of the course.

At the moment I am uploading each of these individually.  It would be efficient to load these all at once into a single place.

Is there a way to load them into a single folder then point the feedback link to that folder?

I have just discovered Aliases. So I created a Resource folder in the course, FeedbackFiles, uploaded the zip with 20 pdfs and unzipped them.
I then went to and edited the Expt01 Feedback file activity. I deleted the existing Expt01.pdf then clicked on Add.
The only option in File Picker that showed the new Expt01.pdf was Recent Files - the FeedbackFiles folder did not appear. So I clicked on Expt01.pdf, which produced a dialog box Select Expt01.pdf. But there was no option to create an alias as shown in the various Moodle Help pages. So no link was created when I clicked Select.

Where am I going wrong?
