You can find this out by looking at the file extension handlers section of the VideoEasy general settings page. This is under
Site Admin ->plugins -> filters -> Video Easy
And what version is that template? Or is it modified from the default?
The template's settings page should tell you that. That is in the same location of the site administration as the General settings page
