Panopto Videos not working on Moodle App

Hello, 

We are using Moodle 3.8 at the moment and a lot of videos are embedded through Panopto on our Moodle. If the same video is being accessed on the Moodle App it gives the error as shown in the screenshot attached.

Error displayed is net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE

Anyone who has used Panopto with Moodle App? 

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Plugins need to be modified to work with the Mobile app so I suggest you contact the Panopto people.

Perhaps you need to be logged into Panopto from your mobile device? I don't use Panopto, but I am familiar with it.

Hi Rick,

Any idea what does it mean logged in to panopto? I am logged in Panopto on my default browser on device too but still nothing. 

Because when I click sign in as shown in the image the ERR_Blocked error appears (screenshot attached in the main question)

Have you talked to your school's IT department about how to log into Panopto from your mobile device? This appears to be more of a Panopto issue than a Moodle issue.
