hello everyone, I will change moodle log report description should be change id to activity the name.
for example, the demo users see the course moodle log description see the course name.
I am using Moodle 3.10
PHP 7.4
MYSQL 5.7
should change user-id change user name, course -id change course name. pls, help as soon as possible.
