Apologies the title is a little confusing because I wasn't sure how to summarise my question. I am very excited as we have had permission to move our learning onto moodle so I am in hyperdrive mode trying to absorb as much information as I can!
I work for a veterinary clinic and a big focus in the ongoing training of our nurses. Junior nurses have what is known as phased training, this is a list of skills that they have to learn/be assessed on within the first 3-6 months of being here. Currently we do this via a word/excel checklist that we either print off or edit.
We would like to bring that online. The way I envision it is 3-6 columns
1. Skill descriptor
[2. Student Tick box]
3. Student comments
4. Teacher tick box
5. Teacher Date
6. Teacher comments
The idea would be that once a student has learnt a skill they and the teacher can sign it off. One they have all the relevant skills signed off they have passed that course.
Does this make sense!?
