I am trying to set up enrolment on payment (Moodle 3.11.2) and I have the plugin enabled, have paypal enabled, and have added the enrolment on payment registration method to a course. However, in the settings, I only get the error "No payment accounts are available." and cannot add any payment account despite this being enabled in the system. While I am admittedly new to this plugin (but not new to Moodle), I can't seem to find what I am missing.
Any guidance on what I am doing wrong or simply NOT doing?
